You will be helping us with coordination, documentation, test execution, conducting POC, post-production maintenance, and support of the Oracle Cloud SaaS enterprise application production support and continuous improvement of the application landscape.This position acts as a critical liaison between the company’s financial functions including Corporate Controllership, Regional Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and Business Assurance, and the company’s IT organization. ResponsibilitiesBusiness SupportProvides first-line support to users of financial applicationsResponding to business user queriesProviding one-on-one support, explanations, and guidance to users regarding finance operationsTriaging data issues, process issues, and business user errorsLiaise with IT and business users to management communications and gets stakeholder input for recommendationsQualifications Worked as Systems Analyst or Support Analyst for Oracle fusion EPM application modulesHands-on experience in designing, configuring, and scripting for FCCS application implementation and maintenanceWorked in a couple of other Oracle fusion EPM application modules like EDMCS, TRCS, ARCS, and PCMCSHave in-depth finance functional knowledge to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutionsGood analytical and problem-solving abilityPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, IT, or a related field4-8 years of experience working within the finance and accounting organization of a large multinational companyStrong written and oral communication skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesWillingness to travel occasionally if neededPreference to computer science, mathematics, Accounting, and related fields of studyEquinix is
