The Senior Manager will collaborate with the business to understand needs, analyze existing structures and processes, and design solutions that improve organizational efficiency and agility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational design, change management, and project management. They will be able to communicate effectively with partners at all levels of the organization and have the ability to influence and motivate change.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage complex organization design projects, beginning with a high-priority organization transformation currently underwayWork with cross-functional teams to assess business needs, analyze structures and processes, and use data to find opportunities and develop recommendations for improvementDevelop and implement change management and communication plans to support the adoption of new structures and processesCollaborate with HR Client Services, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Finance partners to ensure alignment of organization design with Equinix’s corporate and people strategyDevelop and maintain relationships with key team members at all levels of the organizationStay up-to-date with emerging trends and leading practices in organization design, change management, and talent strategyProvide thought leadership and coaching to leaders and teams on organization design and implementationApply analytic and visualization tools to assess the impact of varying organization design and decision solutionsDesign and facilitate workshops to align leaders and team members around a common vision, execute against that vision effectively, and accelerate team performanceQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Master's degree preferredMinimum of 8-10 years of experience in organization design, change management, and project managementExperience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projectsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and group facilitation skillsAbility to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Strong leadership and coaching skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentExperience in a large, complex organization is preferredEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.
