We embrace diversity in thought and contribution and are committed to providing an equitable work environment. that is foundational to our core values as a company and is vital to our success.Job SummaryThe Senior Associate Software Engineer will develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.ResponsibilitiesRequirements AnalysisUnderstands, reads, and reviews requirementsWorks with Business Analysts to understand business requirementsSoftware ArchitectureParticipates in architectural review processDevelopment / CodingDevelops scripts and code for a feature and multiple modulesCross-technical integrationParticipates in peer reviewsAdoption of standard coding processesDevOpsDefines deployment and release guidelinesDefines and implements environment planning and multi-functional dependenciesDocuments software configuration management practices and educates multi-functional stakeholders on the processes and toolsTechnical Project ManagementProvides level of effort (LOE)Works with technical project managers and product management teams to define scheduleProvides status reports and release management progress updatesR&D / InnovationInvestigates, analyzes, and evaluates new technologiesQualificationsMinimum 3+ years of experience in Backend Development. Strong programming & scripting knowledge such as Java, Unix.Knowledge of Golang/Go programming is highly advantageous.
