Liaising with IT, you will be responsible for providing technical and procurement guidance on the capability of Coupa and Oracle, while ensuring compliance with Corporate Purchasing Policies. Guidance given will influence system setups and support development of interim and go-live purchasing processes. You will also be responsible for developing training materials and delivering training sessions to business and procurement stakeholders as needed.ResponsibilitiesSystems and process integration support for company restructuring activity globallyLead the data migration activity for POs in Coupa, defining the business requirements and providing user acceptance testingProvide live training on both the interim and post-integration processSupport development of training materials, user guides or policies as neededManage project communications within scope of trackProviding hyper care support for the post-integration processManage and maintain system for POs in SmartsheetQualificationsBachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain or a related field; or equivalent work experience a plusProven years of related Procurement or Systems Analyst experienceProven years of experience with Coupa, Oracle or other Purchasing systems’Experience in software implementations or in IT projects from an SME or Procurement perspectiveAbility to work globally across time zones as needed for projectsExcellent written & oral communication skills (English+ bilingual a plus)Experience in Smartsheet a plusEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.
