You will be responsible for developing and implementing natural language processing algorithms using our vast amounts of data. As an NLP Data Scientist, you will play a key role in building and deploying data-driven solutions that drive business outcomesYou’ll also be an active member of the Science team, working alongside other Data Scientists and Psychologists to improve processes and further develop the Science codebase.About YouThe perfect candidate will have a background in a technical field, experience working with large text data sets, and cross functional teams to deliver on import initiatives, and have a track record of delivering high-quality NLP solutions on time.Basic Qualifications3+ years of experience in natural language processing, machine learning, or related fieldsStrong programming skills in Python or JavaExperience with NLP libraries such as spaCy, NLTK, and gensimKnowledge of statistical and machine learning algorithms and techniquesExperience with text classification, entity recognition, and sentiment analysisExperience with data preprocessing pipelinesOther QualificationsMaster's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related fieldExperience working with LLM- both in production and in a research settingYou know how to establish realistic timelines and scopes to ensure consistent high quality deliveriesUnderstanding of modern data science practices including a focus on code quality and documentationExperience working with a variety of cross-functional peers and partners including data scientists, product managers, engineers, and similar roles.Are you being referred to one of our roles?
