The Product Operations Lead role is essential to our growing department’s continued success working with our internal stakeholders and numerous touchpoints with our clients and the wider industries we serve. This position reports to the Senior Director of Product Management, but works closely with; Engineering, Product Marketing and Customer Success Management.What You’ll Do: Oversee the operation and strategy behind all Product Management applications / tools and related vendor relationshipsOversee Technical Writing staff in creating comprehensive documentation for Aspire’s usersCoordinate release planning and communication related activities with Product Managers and Product Marketing staffIdentify, advocate for and implement recommendations for improvements in Product Management department processesEngage with Product Management stakeholders to ensure that department documents and plans are promptly distributedLead planning initiatives for product related customer advisory boards and user conferencesSpearhead initiatives at the direction of department leadershipWhat You’ll Need: Expert knowledge of the following applications (Zapier, Pendo, Fullstory, Jira, Aha, Google Analytics)3+ years prior experience in a Product Operations or Technical Product Management role7+ years experience in Product Management and/or technology rolesClear communicator & committed collaboratorComfort with uncertainty, complexity and ambiguitySkilled at working effectively with cross functional teamsAbility to present solutions to stakeholders and influence outcomesBS in computer science or engineering (preferred)Strong technical aptitudeWhere You’ll Work:Our headquarters is located in Chesterfield in St. Louis County; however, some local positions will be remote until the time is right to return to the office while other roles are more office-based.
