Financial Performance: Budget AccountabilityResponsible for weekly review of sales, inventory and labor figures via the following reporting mechanisms:Weekly Perpetual InventoryRevenue & Labor ReportsResponsible for a monthly review of profitability via P&L statement.II. Supervision and Development of DepartmentEnsure positive and creative team environment within the departmentFacilitate open communication with the supervisors and staffPerform staff evaluations (training, 90 day, annual). Set development and performance goals, monitor progressAssure complete and satisfactory on-going staff trainingDevelop incentives for staff to generate sales and boost moraleComplete weekly staff contact logsFulfill appropriate overall staffing levels through recruitment and hiringEnsure that hiring/disciplinary/termination standards follow all HOB guidelinesIII.
