And, we empower you to be a Trailblazer, too — driving your performance and growth, charting new paths, and improving the state of the world.Salesforce is hiring DevOps Architects to join us in our Customer Success Group (CSG).Essential FunctionsGather requirements, define, design and implement DevOps architectures for clientsReview existing client DevOps strategies and provide recommendations for improvementsDeploy releases to various environments and perform Hotfixes and Rollbacks as neededWrite build scripts & pipelines to implement end-to-end build and deployment orchestration.Verify successful continuous delivery deploymentsDefine and implement branching strategies to support parallel software developmentReview continuous delivery validation builds for failures and resolve deployment issues with Development & Configuration teamsAdvanced GIT skills move development and configuration work between version control branchesLead, mentor, and provide direction to a delivery team of consultantsEstablish strategic roadmaps for successful implementation starting from onboarding to delivery and maintenanceMinimum QualificationsDegree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant professional experienceProven experience managing system changes without interruption to the userHands-on experience with implementing DevOps CI/CD pipelines to various environmentsExperience with Continuous Integration tools such as source control, build, and automationExperience with multiple DevOps technologies (ex.
