In this role you will work closely with the Success Plans and Professional Services team to support demand generation activities for this portfolio of products and services. In the role, you will be deploying different channels to support the end-to-end demand journey, in particular email, content syndication, and direct mail. The role will require you to have strong cross-functional skills as you communicate and collaborate with different teams across the marketing organization, and stakeholders in the Success Plans and Professional Services business. The role is perfect for anyone with an interest in demand marketing, and looking to extend their knowledge across different strategies to create demand.Responsibilities:Work with the Success Plans and Professional Service Marketing teams to execute the marketing strategy for their business unitsSupport with the execution of demand generation marketing programs, including webinars, direct mail, ABM, email, and content syndicationAssist in executing and evangelizing email marketing program strategies including the development of marketing and transactional emails, building an email marketing calendar, determining testing strategies, communicating business requirements, measuring results, and managing overall process to drive and achieve new customer growthProactively develop and enforce workflows with business partners, manage requests, timelines and communication with stakeholdersOwn cross-functional relationships with teams throughout Salesforce marketing to ensure Success Plans and Professional Services are integrated throughout the customer journey where appropriate.
