In strong partnership with the COO, you will act as a liaison for the CEO and leadership team across the organization, developing and maintaining strong relationships across Slack and Salesforce to drive strategic initiatives and priorities of the CEO. You must have excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. This position requires a strategic thinker who can anticipate the CEO’s needs and provide strategic advice and guidance to the CEO and key stakeholders. You will be responsible for prepping agendas and briefing the CEO, driving the CEO customer and stakeholder engagement strategy, tracking progress on projects, and ensuring that action items are completed on schedule. The ideal candidate will have an understanding Slack’s operations and goals, and be able to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders to help meet those goals. Key Responsibilities: CEO Prioritization: Work with CEO to leverage and best prioritize her time and deliver on strategic priorities of the business; provide strategic guidance to CEO and leadership teamExecutive Operations: Partner with COO to ensure CEO readiness around regular business cadence, including V2MOM, quarterly reviews, monthly operational metrics updates, as well as broader T&P and company-wide initiativesCreate agenda for and facilitate weekly leadership meetings. Track action items and drive them to completion.Partner with COO and PMO on initiatives that drive better effectiveness for CEO Executive & Customer Engagement: Drive CEO customer engagement strategy, with a focus on in-quarter deals and targeted C-level relationships. Partner with leadership to build an engagement strategy beyond the CEO.Fully brief and prepare CEO for key deliverables and business activities, including research, presentation creation, executive and customer briefings, monthly/quarterly business reviews, and annual planning.Executive Communications:Partner with the executive communications team to plan and execute executive and internal communications for CEO to drive strategic initiatives and cloud priorities within Cloud and across the organization. Partner with PMM and CEO to craft customer-facing presentations and communications that align with current messaging, as needed. Support change management and communication plans as necessaryPartner with PR, PMM, and EA to prioritize engagements (speaking and interview requests) and brief CEO /CEO on speaking engagements.Strategic Initiatives: Partner with the CEO and leadership team to drive key strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects (as defined and prioritized).
