The Business Process Analyst is responsible for understanding and documenting organization-wide processes where it has been defined the team would benefit from improvements.In the near term, you will play a key role in the Marketing-wide analysis used to inform the functional requirements for, and supporting the successful delivery of, the future state capacity and work management solution leveraged across Salesforce Marketing. Upon joining, you’ll be expected to hit the ground running and immediately participate in detailed functional requirements gathering process, producing high-quality work. This workstream consisting of global and cross-functional business stakeholders to validate business objectives and functional requirements.Following this initiative, the process analyst will focus on supporting continued process and business analysis and optimization for global Marketing Operations strategic initiatives.What you will be doing:In the near term, Capture and document functional capacity planning and work/project/program management requirements, including work intake management needs. Facilitate requirements workshops to capture business requirement processes. The work may include documenting current state and future state processes and use case/user story creation.Partner with other work streams that are made up of internal partner groups, vendors and professional consultants, to ensure that the system is designed and built according to business requirements and specifications.Support UAT planning, test scenarios drafting, and UAT facilitation. Contribute to the Change Management / Users Adoption strategy, planning, and execution. Assist in the development of a post-implementation strategy to ensure a smooth transition.
