As a Solution Architect, you will be serving as a strategic advisor and Salesforce expert to the company’s largest, most complex enterprise customers. Responsibilities include:Serve as a trusted advisor to a variety of stakeholdersGuide customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business valueWork collaboratively with strong communications skills to convey complex concepts and prescriptive thinkingIdentify and proactively manage risk areas and commit to seeing an issue through to complete resolutionManage customer expectations and negotiate solutions to complex problems with customers and partnersReview and correct project/program direction, approach, and key artifacts to keep programs on track and solutions extensible and maintainable going forwardMinimum Qualifications5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise-level projectsRepeated and demonstrable success with using waterfall and agile software development methodologiesExperience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories and providing detailed system and functional designsStrong presentation skills. Able to effectively present and defend a point of view to a variety of audiences.Expert level experience defining system architecture landscapes, identifying gaps between current and desired end-states, and delivering a solution that achieves desired business outcomesExperience documenting business processes and wire-framing system designs using process flow diagram tools, UML, sequence diagrams, etc. as well as making recommendations for future state improved processes and system designsAbility to rapidly learn and implement new concepts, business models and technologiesStrong communication skills, both written and verbal; able to effectively develop materials that are appropriate for the audienceActive listener with the ability to connect with people in diverse rolesResourceful and innovative thinker who can work through and solve problemsTravel may be required and varies depending on the client requirementsPreferred QualificationsProven results in delivering high value business outcomes utilizing an agile approachProven results leading customer and/or partner success storiesConsulting experience strongly recommendedBachelor’s degree, its foreign degree equivalent, or equivalent demonstrable work experience in lieu of a degreeRequired Qualities:Integrity, transparency, and reliability.
