You will also have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Engineering, to develop and implement innovative solutions.Type of Work: As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering large-scale technical programs and projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify program requirements, define objectives, develop plans, and manage execution using the Safe Agile methodology. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting program progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and communicating updates to stakeholders.Assignments, Requirements, or Skills:Work closely with Product Management and Engineering to define program objectives, requirements, and deliverables.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans using Safe Agile methodology.Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.Manage and lead cross-functional teams, including vendors and contractors, to deliver project objectives.Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including executives, business owners, and technical teams.Identify process improvements and best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness of program delivery.Participate in program planning and status review meetings with executive leadership.Desired Skills / Experience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred.Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical program management, experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred.Strong understanding of Safe Agile methodology and experience leading Safe Agile teams.Excellent project management skills, including project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues, and to communicate program status and updates to executive leadership.Leadership: The leadership for this role is supportive and collaborative.
