The Manager, Sales Development is responsible for leading a group of Lead Development Representatives (LDRs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to drive Flexera’s pipeline and exceed our front-of-funnel Sales goals. Located in our Sales Development Centre of Excellence in Milwaukee, WI, this person will lead our efforts in North America for maximizing pipeline and delivering meaningful, actionable data to the business and our Senior Executive Leadership Team.Responsibilities:Creating and reinforcing our Milwaukee Sales Development Centre of Excellence standards and unique culture: daily team huddles, end-of-day recaps, driving and celebrating successBeing maniacally data-centric: managing our dashboards, reporting, and changes in CRM and other tools, driving meaningful, actionable data to make business decisionsBuilding and leading quarterly onboarding of new LDRs and SDRsBeing a brand ambassador for Flexera and the Sales Development TeamLeading individual, weekly call and email coaching using top technology toolsProviding weekly 1:1 coaching, listening, and therapy to new-in-role and new-to-the-workforce LDRs and SDRs who need guidanceInterviewing, providing feedback, selecting, and hiring new LDRs and SDRs as needed / as we growLeading impactful weekly team meetingsIdentifying and removing barriers to the team’s success: making us all work smarter, not harderWorking cross-functionally with other departments: Marketing, Account Management, Customer Success, Customer Care, etc., to create successful campaigns to reach new prospects and existing customersDriving effective performance management: motivating and promoting top talent, and coaching low performers to expectationsManaging the internship programEnsuring the team is following proceduresWorking with IT and other departments to fix data and tool stuff when it breaks to maximize efficiency of the Sales Development TeamCreating and running fun contests, spiffs, and team activitiesUpdating procedures, playbooks, onboarding, and internship programsReporting information and providing recommendations to Senior Executive Leadership Team at FlexeraBasic Qualifications:You embody our Core Values: We are passionate professionals.
