What You’ll Do We’re looking for a CRM Associate to join our growing performance marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the creation and deployment of email campaigns, as well as the reporting and performance monitoring of those campaigns. Using your analytical skills and customer-focused mindset, you will work to surface opportunities for optimization and testing. The ideal candidate is highly organized and detailed, possesses intermediate Excel skills, and is eager and excited to learn and grow alongside our team.  As our CRM Associate you will be joining the performance marketing team, reporting directly to our Director of CRM and working closely with our CRM Manager. You will also be partnering with the creative and brand marketing teams. How You’ll Make an Impact Support the development and implementation of email campaigns Own and maintain the marketing email content calendar Identify opportunities for A/B testing and analyze results to provide recommendations for improvement  Partner with our copy and creative teams to brainstorm messaging concepts and tactics  Collaborate with other members of the team to translate strategic vision into tactical campaigns that drive key KPIs Own the weekly reporting on campaign performance   Why We Need You 3+ years in a marketing role, customer-facing role, or quantitative role Intermediate Excel skills; comfortable with vlookups, pivot tables, data visualization, etc. Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS Highly organized and detail-oriented Analytical and data-driven mindset Strong communication skills  Empathetic and customer-focused  Eager and willing to learn alongside a team dedicated to coaching and development Keen interest in developing quantitative and technical skills Experience with ESPs (Braze would be a plus) and/or basic knowledge of SQL, a plus Perks & Benefits  Remote Work Optional: Work from home, work from our NYC office, work from anywhere, you decide!
