We believe in supporting each other and making workplace inclusive for everyoneAbout the RoleVNDLY is seeking a product manager to be responsible for evaluating and making recommendations on all aspects of our products through the entire product life cycle. As the product manager, you will help VNDLY to benefit from more knowledge about its products and how we make, manage, and sell them. You will have the opportunity to work within a team environment to demonstrate full project life cycle plans for complex projects. We will also support you in continuing to develop industry knowledge through various opportunities.ResponsibilitiesCreate and prioritize product roadmap for assigned product area to deliver value for the VNDLY business and its customersFind opportunities to build industry-leading capabilities by using customer feedback, team knowledge, and expertiseCreate customer-first solutions to support corporate strategic directionTranslate product strategy into detailed product requirements for development teams by leveraging tools such as user stories, user storyboards, and user workflowsWork to define formal product documentation and user trainingAct as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of the VNDLY solutionStrategically drive towards a Minimum Viable Product in an effort to increase the speed with which value is delivered to customers and shareholdersCommunicate at various levels of the organization ranging from guiding the development team to representing the Product roadmap in Client or Senior Leadership discussionsAbout YouBasic Qualifications5+ years of product management experience4+ years of product owner experience or working closely with product manager to translate customer and market needs into product deliverables and release support through the entire product life cycleOther QualificationsExperience working with a cross-functional agile development teamAbility to communicate successfully and expertly, both verbally and in writingStrong attention to detail and follow-through skillsStrong organization and time management skillsAbility to take initiative, work independently and be dedicated to drive the product forwardBachelor’s degree from an accredited college/universityExperience with various agile software development methodologies including Scrum and/or KanbanUnderstanding of software development lifecycles, development styles, and standard methodologiesAbility to identify key performance metrics and use data to drive decisions that improve the customer experiencePrevious experience with JIRA & ConfluencePrior experience working with a SaaS solutionAs a federal contractor, Workday is requiring all new hires to verify that they are fully-vaccinated against COVID-19 within 72 hours of beginning employment with Workday, consistent with applicable law.
