Salesforce continues to grow rapidly, and our digital experience ensures visitors, prospects, customers, and trailblazers can connect with Salesforce content and capability in a seamless and engaging manner.The successful candidate will have expertise in the identity landscape and a consistent track record to deliver systems on multiple platforms. They will have implemented authentication including outstanding access management solutions such as Okta and/or Auth0 for large enterprises. They will have experience owning features such as progressive profiling, just in time provisioning, and flexible session management. They will have a clear vision of running digital as a product but will also be able to drive the grounded pragmatic execution of the product plan in partnership with others. They will have experience breaking down data silos and partnering closely with architects.The Product Management Director will be responsible for delivery through project execution and deployment in scrum-agile work practice. This product role is also responsible for effective executive collaborator engagement, maintaining a product roadmap, and influencing product leadership.ResponsibilitiesLead teams responsible for driving the broader digital technology roadmap at Salesforce, including Salesforce on Salesforce and vendor review, selection, and oversightProvide regular updates to leadership, advancing items when needed but with presence and relationships to identify and resolve most issues independentlyKnowledgeably and successfully present our strategy, roadmap, and current progress/actions to senior executive audiences inside and (as approved with PR) outside the companyFoster, facilitate, and furnish, timely decision-making across a broad network of collaborators, delivery partners, and operational teams.Quickly adopt awareness and demonstrate command of policies, processes, and programs with discernment of the different pressure points for each.Collaborate with security, architecture, engineering, quality, support, experience, program, and infrastructure partners in coordinating the delivery of complex, multi-year initiativesRepresent and lead diverse delivery functions in program/project core team and executive meetings.The position collaborates with other global locations and requires a flexible work shift schedule for some meetings.Collaborate with partners and collaborators to build a shared understanding of product vision and to gain alignment on roadmap and solution strategy.Required Skills/ Experience:Minimum of 12 years of Product Management experience in platforms and marketing technologiesMinimum 8 years of leadership with product, architecture, and technology implementationB.A., B.Sc. or equivalentDeep experience in consumer experience, marketing, and digital engagement technologiesPassion for data-driven and decisionsExpertise in implementing Salesforce solutions.Expertise with identity management including registration, authentication, authorization, and account mergesExpertise at delivering web experiences at a high scale.Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and server-less applicationsFamiliar and comfortable with agile/scrum development methodologiesAble to put his/her hands-on experience to use and work as an individual contributorCommunicate with business as well as technical audiences. Able to write clear and concise documentation, user stories, and excellent written and spoken communication skillsFunction independently and as part of a team under daring deadlines in a (really) fast-paced environment, convey a strong professional image, exhibit interest and positive attitude toward all assigned work, and strive for continuous improvement.
