If you’re searching for a company that’s dedicated to your growth, recognizes your unique contribution, and provides a fun, flexible, and inclusive work environment, then TaxBit is the place for you. We’re looking for team members who are ready to join a hypergrowth company and excited to work at the forefront of an entirely new industry.
The Role
TaxBit has laid the foundation of its Partnerships program by partnering with the Big 4, Intuit, and others. Given this success and widespread interest from ecosystem players, we are doubling down on partnerships with technology companies and other leaders to significantly accelerate growth and reach across the ecosystem. Partnerships will play a key role in helping businesses accelerate their compliant adoption of digital assets with TaxBit’s industry-leading technology.
We are looking for a highly experienced partner leader to drive activity with the world’s best technology companies and developer community. Responsibilities will include driving C-level and field relationships with strategic partners and the TaxBit sales field, and establishing and executing joint GTM plans and solution-building globally. You will be responsible for driving top- line revenue growth and overall market adoption of TaxBit’s tax and accounting solutions for the tokenized economy by establishing and growing business and technical relationships while managing day-to-day partner interactions. You will be the go-to subject matter expert on TaxBit’s technology alliances and developer community, executing education and awareness campaigns internally, at the partner leadership level, and within the ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will have both a business background that enables them to engage at the senior executive level and drive revenue growth, as well as a product background that enables them to conceive innovative “better together” solutions with partners. This individual will lead in a truly cross-functional manner engaging sales, marketing, customer success, product, engineering, and finance. This role requires deep knowledge and experience in building and growing strategic technology alliances, driving joint sales and marketing success, and negotiating key commercial agreements. As TaxBit opens its APIs, the opportunity with developers will also grow in importance, and as such, experience incubating and growing a developer community is extremely relevant and highly desired.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions, and work cross-organizationally to build consensus. A keen sense of ownership, drive, and entrepreneurship is a must, as is experience working for or with technology, fintech, and software providers as an employee, partner, or client.
