The successful candidate will be an effective communicator who is able to operate in a fast-paced work environment. The Treasury Analyst will be expected to work in a cross-functional hybrid work-from-home, work-from-office (Needham, MA) model. The successful candidate will be expected to attend Treasury team collaborative events in person when scheduled.   What You'll Do Treasury Operations Assist in managing global cash management operations Supporting the Senior Treasury Analyst with daily liquidity, global cash position and banking platform administration Maintaining bank accounts/signer database and KYC process Processing overnight investment and ensuring policy compliance Reconciling/analyzing interest income and interest payments Assist with intercompany netting cycles and completing manual intercompany settlements Analyze cash balance fluctuation for each legal entity Assist with Corporate Credit Card Administration Global Travel & Entertainment Corporate Card program administration Assist in the maintenance of global programs including but not limited to approving new users, closing termed employees, lost/stolen cards, new program setup, handling refunds, general administration, and user manual updates; Respond to cardholder inquiries – e.g., late fees, declines, personal charges, refunds, fraud alerts, delinquency reporting, general FAQ; assist with quarterly Audit Ad-hoc Treasury Tasks/Projects Assist with annual insurance renewals and ongoing insurance-related requests Bank account signer update and maintenance Bank portal user administration Bank fees analysis Assist with credit card merchant service processing and issues PayPal portal administration and transfers Annual and going KYC requests Internal and external Audit requests   Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting Statistics/Math or Economics and 1-2 years of progressive Treasury/Corporate Finance experience preferably within a global, publicly traded company CTP, recommended but not required Must work well in a cross-functional, matrix environment; action-oriented with basic analytical skills; and ability to manage daily activities Basic understanding of banking practices, cash management and treasury operations, along with understanding of all applicable rules and best practices Strong communication and presentation skills both (oral and written) Possess basic business acumen and financial skills for effective situation analyses and/or issue resolution Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; intermediate-level Excel skills; must be comfortable using virtual meeting applications     If you need a reasonable accommodation or support during the application or the recruiting process due to a medical condition or disability, please reach out to your individual recruiter or send an email to  AccessibleRecruiting@Tripadvisor.com and let us know the nature of your request .
