The Professional Services organization at Smartsheet includes implementation services, business consulting services and our training and learning platform, Smartsheet University. The Product Marketing Manager(PMM) in this role will support the Professional Services (PS) organization with marketing support that includes updating, developing, and organizing all content related to the PS organization. The PMM in this role will also work proactively with our sellers to identify marketing resources, and create sales facing portals and tools. The ideal candidate for this role has strong content management and content marketing skills. In addition, excellent verbal and written communication skills. When additional bandwidth allows, the PMM in this role will support the marketing needs of the larger Customer Excellence (CE) organization, which includes Technical Support & Customer Success. You will report to the Sr. Product Marketing Manager . The role is remote eligible in Costa Rica. You Will: Develop & Maintain Persona Research Enablement Tools: pain point cards, persona cards, & sales plays.  Be responsible for building customer facing presentations, datasheets, communication and faq updates. Work with sellers & marketing automation, build operational campaigns, and execute promotional campaigns launches.   Manage, update and tag correctly all content (Datasheets, Slideware, FAQs, etc.) Ensure all services related content are SEO optimized.  Create, update, and maintain all sales portals Develop a complete overview of all campaigns within the Smartsheet Marketing Org. Maintain programmatic relationships with webinar teams, Customer Success teams, and user group teams to ensure that our consultants are represented at all relevant events/activities.  Actively monitor social channels (Community, Help & Learning) for opportunities to cross promote services.  You Have: Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar. OR  Have a combination of work experience related to marketing, project/product management, SaaS sales, advertising and/or UI/UX design. Strong time management and organizational abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
