The GTM at Moloco, and the Impact You’ll Make:
The GTM team at Moloco defines, designs, and executes on the company’s commercial strategy. The GTM team is responsible for identifying, sizing, and segmenting the opportunity, determining how our sales and business development teams go after the opportunity, and enabling the teams to execute successfully.

The Strategy & Operations team within GTM at Moloco:
Within the GTM org, the newly formed Central Strategy & Operations (“StratOps”) function drives strategy and execution across new products that will represent the next S-curve for Moloco. The StratOps team designs and executes on special projects and cross-product strategic initiatives. Furthermore, the team supports strategic planning and investment decisions.
As a Program Manager in the Central StratOps team, you will partner closely with Moloco leaders in charge of new product and growth initiatives. In addition, you will work with other GTM pillars to inform planning and activation decisions led by GTM.
Program Managers in StratOps will:
Create Sales & Marketing materials for use in executive presentations with key partners.
Lead business reviews, and use the metrics from these reviews to drive change.
Collect, consolidate, and synthesize customer insights to drive our Product roadmap.
Develop a perspective on how to evolve the business by digging deep into data, incorporating market insights, and using input from Moloco’s internal teams.
Influence, coordinate, and execute across cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Business Development, and Marketing.
(Remote job status on some job sites is to allow for applying from select locations and will still require coming to a local office on an as needed basis. Locations we are considering applicants from include: San Francisco Bay Area, New York, Seattle.)
Here’s what you’ll be working on:
Partnering with Moloco’s Engineering, Product, and BD teams to drive new strategy projects, and operational changes.
Driving the execution of our new products including Retail Media Platform (RMP), Performance Ad Server (PAS), and Connected TV (CTV).
Segmenting the market / customers, and helping allocate investments / resources.
Identifying and prioritizing new product and business opportunities for Moloco.
Helping develop presentations for Moloco’s executive team, and for investors.
Here is what you need to succeed:
7 + years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Sales Operations, or Sales Leadership experience.
Proven track record of turning ambiguous opportunities into projects that get delivered.
Combination of strong analytical skills with strong written and verbal skills [e.g., presentation design and delivery].
Ability to persuade a diverse set of stakeholders to align on a goal.
Strong understanding of B2B Sales motions, from top of the funnel lead gen to long term value sustainability.
Ability to drive top line growth via strategic initiatives in a global, fast paced, B2B sales setting.
Bonus points: experience in adtech, performance marketing, retail media, connected TV, or machine learning.
Bonus points: past work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Our Compensation And Benefits (for California & New York State Residents Only )
Base Compensation Range: $148,000.00 - $265,680.00
In accordance with California & New York state law, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. We also offer a competitive benefits package.
