The Senior Associate will play a critical role in helping design, validate, and continuously improve Maven’s care model to close gaps and inequities in access to evidence-based care and drive positive member outcomes at scale. As Senior Associate, Clinical Programs at Maven, you will:  Research and interpret academic literature and clinical guidelines to identify opportunities to close gaps and inequities in care through digital health services Support with primary data collection and exploratory analyses to inform program design in collaboration with Product and Clinical Research  Monitor and evaluate clinical programs to track performance and identify opportunities for quality improvement Clearly communicate program results and updates with cross-functional partners Maintain up-to-date documentation of clinical programs and processes, including tracking program changes over time Support clinical innovation leadership with high priority, strategic initiatives to evolve Maven’s care model and drive outcomes for members We’re looking for you to bring:  Minimum of 3+ years experience working in healthcare innovation, research, and/or start-up environments Strong experience with background research and literature reviews; ability to effectively synthesize research and clinical guidelines into actionable recommendations Strong analytic skills and ability to identify key insights to drive efficiency and effectiveness (experience with Looker or other business intelligence tools preferred) Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills Resourceful, highly organized self-starter with a bias towards action and efficiency Trusted, team player looking to drive success in a fast-paced, start-up environment Preferred Qualifications:  Knowledge of key trends in the healthcare and health tech industries, particularly in women’s and family health Experience with human-centered design methods Demonstrated ability to work with a relatively high level of independence in a startup and/or virtual care delivery organization including some experience and/or exposure working with clinical leadership  For candidates in NYC, CA, or CO, the salary range for this role is $100,000 - $135,000 per year. You may also be entitled to receive bonus, stock options, and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.
