The Role: Hotel Engine is seeking a Sr. Marketing Operations Platform Manager to be the connective tissue between our Marketing tech stack and the stakeholders who rely on data and technologies to accomplish their goals. This role is responsible for driving the Marketing tech roadmap, optimizing platforms, and enabling stakeholders through technology. Core responsibilities include system configuration, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to process and systems improvements. This role will report to the Director of Marketing Operations. In this role you will: Oversee the martech stack including architecture, integrations, and recommendations for new platforms; ensuring successful implementation based on business intent Maintain a deep understanding of all technical touchpoints including marketing technologies, site operations, and third-party partners Maintain a focus on data quality, understanding the complex interdependencies between various marketing and sales tools, and help ensure data in systems is clean, accurate and actionable Manage the operational relationships and workstream prioritizations with marketing stakeholders, revenue operations team, and other internal stakeholders Drive continuous improvement and operational resiliency through implementation of standard processes Partner closely with senior leadership to fully understand business priorities relative to marketing tech modernization Provide technical support for integration issues and discrepancies including new product Q/A and testing and support platform bugs You are: Excited about tackling complex problems to help drive business growth through the use of martech and data governance Curious about what go-to-market teams are trying to accomplish and passionate about finding the best way to get there both operationally and with technology Not focused on perfection, but instead oriented towards "continual improvement" Not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get into the weeds to reach your goals Always thinking “how can we do this better, faster or in a more scalable fashion?” and eager to take active steps to mature our internal business processes and efficiencies across teams Provide technical support for integration issues and discrepancies including new product Q/A and testing and support platform bugs Here's what we're looking for: 5+ years experience owning marketing technology including the use, setup, management, and integration of the systems to optimize multi-channel marketing 2+ years experience with data platforms (DMPs/CDPs), attribution tools (Bizible, CaliberMind), and customer engagement platforms (Blueshift, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) Experience implementing or improving business processes using agile marketing methodologies Experience with advanced lifecycle management, definitions and data flows Prior experience collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering and Data Science Excellent project management experience with demonstrated ability to effectively manage cross-functional partners, prioritize tasks, and meet agreed-upon due dates. Excellent verbal & written communication to both internal and external stakeholders A collaborative and accountable mentality Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment Cash compensation :  The base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $160,000/year. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise & may vary from the amount above.
