Our backgrounds are diverse, but our team shares a love of the outdoors and a desire to protect it for future generations.  Role Summary   As the Order to Cash Program Manager, you will be responsible for supporting Rivian’s Order to Cash financial systems project management.  You will be responsible for coordinating with key business partners regarding their business requirements, and other functional documentation.  As you work across multiple projects at once, you will document and resolve key issues while driving decision making. Once a project is  completed, you're able to clearly communicate the results and draw the key learnings for senior management. Be a business trusted advisor for  Credit, Billing, Revenue Accounting, Collections, Tax and treasury teams. ​​ Use your strong financial background to manage projects from concept to implementation across many stakeholders. You will act as an Order  to Cash Data and BI analyst must be highly effective at quantitative data analysis, problem solving, and framing results within the broader  business context. ​ Responsibilities   Ensure compliance to key regulatory, security, and organizational policies and procedures including Sarbanes-Oxley requirements; ​ Partner with order management, payments, and operations teams and serve as a point of contact to document upstream data and  reporting requirements, as well as , maintain an upstream integrations inventory; ​ Structure projects with stakeholders, define project goals and risks to execution, drive projects through the entire software development  lifecycle, including clearly communicating status, risks, and remediation plans to executive stakeholders; ​ Define ideal and practical business system solutions and enhancements while driving standardization within  ASC 606 Revenue  Accounting and line of sight master data needs; ​ Actively engage in the business transformation efforts by understanding the business vision and translating that to a supportable and  efficient systems roadmap/implementation plans; ​ Partner and work closely with solution integrators, corporate IT, and business process owners to plan, implement, and test SAP  implementations and future system/process enhancements; ​ Prepare data for reporting automation across multiple sources, maintain error checking mechanisms to ensure accuracy; ​ Hands on the project execution and status reporting using various project management methodologies; ​ Project management and financial/analytical reporting skills using JIRA, Confluence, and Service Now. ​ Qualifications   College, university, or equivalent degree in Accounting, Data & Analytics, Information Systems, or a related subject required; ​ ERP systems (SAP S4 HANA)  S/4HANA and SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR), Tableau  is strongly preferred; ​ S/4HANA GRC, Group Reporting, and Analytics Cloud a plus; 4+ years understanding finance systems  and how they support business processes,  including revenue accounting; ​ 2+ years’ experience in manager roles  overseeing the design, implementation, and  support of ERP systems, with specific  experience in S/4HANA and High Radius; ​ Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate  user design workshops and assist in  facilitating the adoption of the new/changed  business processes; ​ Adept in developing and maintaining  relationships with global stakeholders; ​ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment  and on multiple projects at a time; ​ Excellent analytical and problem resolution  skills; ​ Strong communication, influential, analytical,  and problem-solving skills; ​ Previous experience working in a  manufacturing industry is a plus.
