What You’ll Be Doing:
We’re looking for a tactical and people-centric HR Generalist to support Grow’s 180+ employees across the US. You’re excited to serve as the internal point of contact for all things HR and own People systems like Justworks and Deal. Working closely with the rest of the People team, you’ll directly impact Grow Therapy’s culture as we continue to rapidly scale. In this role, you’ll:
Own our HRIS and field questions related to payroll, including partnering with our Finance team to monitor budgets
Act as Grow’s POC for all things compensation, compliance, employment law, benefits, leaves of absence, etc.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment laws and compliance requirements, and sharing internal communications as needed
Lead benefits administration, including open enrollment and vendor management
Collaborate closely with the People team to build and retain the most talented team in our space
Salary range: $79K - $119K
You’ll Be a Good Fit If:
You have 5+ years of experience in HR, including deep knowledge of federal and state employment law, compliance, and other regulations
You have experience administering payroll for a rapidly growing startup
You have experience with an HRIS, Justworks preferred (but not required), fluent in Google Apps, and the ability to learn other People tools quickly
You are policy-focused and enjoy working behind the scenes in the People function
You have the ability to handle and maintain a high-level of confidentiality
