If this sounds like a good fit for you, why not say hello? What you will be doing:Create and configure projects with workflows, issue types, screens, associated schemes and other elements typical of a highly customized JIRA system.Provide technical guidance and support to team members.Configure JIRA instances to ensure optimal performance and stability.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and develop solutions.Develop and implement JIRA administration policies and procedures.Create schemes for permissions, notifications and security.Integrate JIRA with third-party systems such as Slack, and other internal/external toolsTrain admins and users, promote best practices and support internal customers.Deliver your quarterly projects/features on time and within scope to help your pillar meet OKRs.What you should have:1 - 2 years as a JIRA system administratorExperience supporting the system architecture of both JIRA Cloud and Server instancesExperience using JIRA Rest API and scripting/automation in JIRADevOps, systems administration, or IT backgroundUnderstanding of relational databases, SQL, and JIRA database architectureUnderstanding of code/configuration deployment with Github, Chef, Jenkins, and TerraformUnderstanding of Agile, Scrum and other SDLC methodologiesStrong critical thinking and strategic planning skillsExcellent communication skills and experience supporting technical and non-technical users.AccommodationsIf you require assistance due to a disability applying for open positions please submit a request via this Accommodations Request Form.Posting StatementAt Salesforce we believe that the business of business is to improve the state of our world.
