Job duties are performed in compliance with established standard procedures.Responsibilities: Perform inventory control functions under general supervisionResponsible for cycle counting raw materials and finished goods for IlluminaEstablishes and maintains cooperative relationships with all departments contacted in the course of workProvide other support as requestedTransfer and work order receipt transactionsPerform all material handling, data entry and clerical functions as neededGenerating reports and completing special projectsAcquire and maintain a clear understanding of the technologies utilized in Illumina’s products, parts, and servicesThese job duties will be performed in compliance with established proceduresRequirements:Experience in materials/inventory control, preferably in a scientific or chemistry-based manufacturing environment desiredFamiliar with GMP's and ISO regulated environmentWorking computer literacy using an ERP system, spreadsheet and word processing software, inventory control and work order procedures are requiredAbility to multi-task in a fast paced environmentProficient in use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to execute basic analysis and resolve minor problems independentlyExcellent math skills, strong organizational skills and very detail orientedExcellent verbal and written communication, analytical and interpersonal skillsMust be able to lift up to 50lbs to a 36-inch heightExperience:Typically requires a minimum of 1-2 years of related experience.Listed responsibilities are an essential, but not exhaustive list, of the usual duties associated with the position.  Changes to individual responsibilities may occur due to business needs.#LI-ONSITEThe estimated base salary range for the Material Coordinator 2 role based in the United States of America is: $35,100 - $52,700. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable salary range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
