We are expanding our product line to prevent other malicious online activities and to make messaging safe.The Safe Messaging Cloud (SMC) platform provides a carrier-grade, cloud-based messaging security solution for ISP’s, hosting companies and mobile network operators across the globe. The platform pairs advanced data analytics and automated threat monitoring to deliver responsive real-time anti-abuse protection for these high-volume messaging environments.The team members supporting the SMC have extensive experience in Linux system administration, software development and hands on experience with many of the common modern-day technologies and languages (Docker, Go, Python, Jenkins, Artifactory, AWS, Ansible, Terraform, etc.).Your day-to-dayDevelop software for internal and external use using approved languages (Go, Python) and pair them with recent cloud technologies (serverless infrastructure, auto-scaling groups.)Contribute to the design and functionality of our ever-evolving Cloud platform.Provide input on architecture and design options, operational concepts, and application acceptance test plans.Review and diagnose system and application issues.Assist in maintaining and updating production environments.Work with multiple teams as well as external customers to identify opportunities to improve the business, architecture and processes.What you bring to the teamHeavy exposure to Python, Go or similar languagesBachelors CS/Computer Engineering/related field, plus 5+ years industry experience 2+ years’industryexperience with systems architectures1+  years’industry experience with Cloud technologies and providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)1+ years’industry experience with distributed systemsStrong knowledge of Email infrastructureStrong abilities in software developmentSignificant Linux system administration experienceComprehensive ability to diagnose and remediate complex issuesExperience with various technologies - Docker, Serverless applications, Puppet, Ansible, git, svn, Jenkins, SensuExposure to network infrastructure: security, routing, network management and performance management.Ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external resources.Naturally curious person who is able to work with minimal guidance while collaborating across multiple departments within the companyComfortable conveying research via written reports and in person presentations.Demonstrated analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently yet fully integrate with worldwide, remote teamsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Science, Math or equivalent work experience#LI-AN1If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
