The Opportunity The Content & Commerce Product organization is looking for a Group Manager to lead global product, go-to-market, and business operations. You will report to the VP of Product and join a leadership team composed of product management and product marketing management leaders overseeing the Content & Commerce products.As Group Manager, you will lead a small team responsible to program manage and support key strategic initiatives and quarterly programs, and champion process efficiency. You will work in tight partnership with Engineering to plan, drive, monitor, and report on executive programs and supporting operating models. You will collaborate closely with DX Operations to ensure alignment and adoption of governance and core processes to streamline and scale execution. You are the connector across teams within Content & Commerce and will champion strong engagement with Product and GTM supporting functions enterprise-wide, to drive integrated solutions and orchestrated efforts. What you'll Do Manage business operations calendar for DX-led and BU owned recurrent programs. Coordinate and facilitate execution cadence involving cross-teams’ contribution including product management, product marketing management, engineering and salesDefine goals, framework, and approach to run semi-annual planning for both product and GTMCascade outcomes within Product & GTM and related functional teams to inform delivery roadmapRun strategic initiatives by setting up program structure, goals, timeline, milestones, and key collaborator roles and contributionChampion discipled program management practices, processes simplification, problem solving mind-set, pro-active communications, and well-defined change management game plansBuild working relationship across the ecosystem to address business issues, define solutions, and drive approvalDefine, implement and drive adoption of repeatable, seamless and scalable processes for the product organization and drive ongoing and agile improvementWhat you need to succeed Experience in tech-industry, working in close partnership with product marketing, product management, and engineeringHighly collaborative and empathic leadership style with a talent for building relationships across teams and influence organizational changeExperience leading strategic programs and business operation to bring product and go-to- market vision to realizationExcellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills with bias towards data-based decision-makingExceptional program management skills; ability to oversee and ensure the success of multiple programs at a timeAbility to shift and evolve programs to align with executive prioritiesStrong executive presence with demonstrated ability to influence trajectory and decision makingHistory of being a focused self-starter, resourceful, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing objectivesOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $115,500 -- $216,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
