Come join the SOX Compliance team and see how you can make a lasting impact on the world.What you’ll be doing:Support all key aspects of SOX IT Compliance, including identifying risks in the organization, and identifying and testing IT General Controls, Automated Controls and Key Reports in an SAP environment.Collaborate with IT process owners, business leaders and other key partners.Ensure accurate documentation of all IT processes and automated controls.Prepare and update SOX testing work papers, reports, and other documentation in a timely manner to support SOX Compliance requirements.Identify, evaluate, communicate, and document process issues, control deficiencies and remediation plans. Understand broader impact on business processes.Coordinate with external auditors for walkthroughs and independent testing. Provide direct assistance, as needed.Continue to stay apprised of new SOX compliance guidelines and interpretations.Support special projects as necessary including identification of process efficiencies.What we need to see:Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in Finance/Accounting, Business, IS/IT, or related subject area, or equivalent experience.Minimum 2+ years of IT Audit and Compliance with Big 4 firm experience preferred.Broad knowledge of controls and compliance frameworks and standards required (COBIT, COSO, ISO, PCI, etc.). Practical application of controls framework/standard preferredCISA or equivalent certification preferred.Ability to navigate in SAP ERP preferred.Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Outlook)Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-taskFlexibility to work non-standard hours to collaborate closely with internal and external partners based at corporate office.Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, strong project management skills, and attention to detail.Ability to learn rapidly and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
