We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to join our Growth team at Workiva. Our Growth PMO team plays a critical role in driving business growth and maximizing the value of new and existing products. As a Senior Program Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue, acquire new customers, and improve retention. You will work with data to identify trends, generate insights, and create action plans to achieve growth objectives. Your ability to lead with influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders will be essential in this role. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with a strong track record of managing large-scale, global initiatives in a high-growth enterprise tech company or a consulting role focused on tech transformation.What You’ll DoLead and manage go-to-market initiatives and programs Orchestrate and negotiate project plans with cross-functional teams and reconcile them to ensure successful program deliveryLead experiments to test hypotheses and validate assumptions about growth opportunitiesReport to stakeholders on program progress and results, providing transparency into program success with metrics regularly communicated to executive leadershipWork with stakeholders to determine the success of each program and subsequently plan for implementation of successful programs and discontinuation of unsuccessful onesEnsure program profitability by managing all aspects of program execution and satisfying requirementsWhat You’ll Need8+ years of Program Management experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degreePgMP or PMP certification preferredStrong business background, with significant client interface experience and exposure to business development (internal client face)Prior experience managing large-scale, global initiativesAbility to lead through influence, partnering with globally distributed, cross-functional teams to achieve a shared goalProven experience designing and leading strategic planning at a high-growth enterprise tech company or consulting role in tech transformationUnderstanding of the implementation partner model within a SaaS organizationHow You’ll Be Rewarded:Salary range in the US: $164,000.00 - $279,000.00A discretionary bonus typically paid annuallyRestricted Stock Units granted at time of hire401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits packageThe salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
