As a Patent Analyst, you will be responsible for performing a comprehensive search and written opinion on the patentability of an array of diverse technologies. This is an awesome opportunity for anyone with experience (work or education) in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, aeronautical engineering, or life sciences interested in using your knowledge in a nonconventional way.About you – experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsWork Experience or Education in one of the following areas: Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or Life SciencesMust be a U.S. citizen or work eligible legal resident who has continuously resided in the U.S. for at least the two previous yearsAbility to obtain a Public Trust ClearanceBachelor’s DegreeIn-depth knowledge of technical literature in the area of subject matter expertiseDemonstrated work experience or projects completed during education requiring extremely high attention to detailHighly skilled in developing search methodology and conducting searchesStrong time management skills and dependability in completing quality projects against deadlinesIt would be great if you also hadMaster’s or PhDAt least 1 to 3 years of previous patent examining or patent searching experienceWhat will you be doing in this role?
