Associate Healthcare Research & Data Analyst

We are looking for an Associate Healthcare Research & Data Analyst to join our Data Integration team. In this opportunity, you will work with the market access data integration practice and focus on client management to drive our growth and ensure custom and syndicated projects meet customer expectations. We would love to speak with you if you are a team oriented, independent thinker that is looking for a data heavy role and has a keen awareness of US market.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  Experience working with commercial pharma clients in the healthcare or pharma domainExperience working with US Pharma clientsExpertise in US Market Access datasets Bachelor's degree in related field or relevant work experienceIt would be great if you also had . . .  Experience and knowledge in SQL to understand existing processes, drive development of new processes and drive data investigationsExposure to reporting tools like TableauGood understanding of Formulary and Payer dynamicsWhat will you be doing in this role? Work with clients on engagements and solutions for custom projects as a trusted thought partnerConceptualize client issues, leverage previous experience & research to design the best solutionSupport our clients' business processes and operations, manage teams, project planning Solve complex problems, proactively develop best practices for operating and optimizing business processes, Understand client operating business rules, data, and standard operating proceduresIdentify potential opportunities for process improvement in client processes (Process Evaluation, Automation/Optimization). Explores new tools, techniques, working models to improve design and improve processesCreate business and strategy development for the practice.
