The ideal candidate will be a strategic problem solver with a deep technical, service and support background, with the ability to lead teams, develop and drive a successful Site strategy. The candidate will work in concert with team members in the US, Ireland, Singapore and other international locations, will help drive overall team integration and maturity, delivery execution and represent the specific needs for the site.The Senior Leader is accountable for site success, including driving progress against identified projects/workstreams in service of desired site outcomes. This includes both assigning ownership and ensuring team members are fulfilling commitments for work within their area of expertise. While the candidate is not always doing the work directly, they are accountable for ensuring the work gets done. The Site Leader is the ultimate owner of site health.Responsibilities:Team ManagementSite Operations and GrowthDevelop, establish and drive implementation of operating model in the Pune Center to support service delivery and operationsRepresent site level across any employee enablement needs, cross organization within WorkdayDrive and implement strategies to bring talent to Pune and to Workday teams.Ensure all regulatory, statutory and Info Security compliances are met in line with governmental regulations, corporate laws governing business operations, the Company's policies and labor lawsDefine, build, and supervise key performance metrics to measure India and Pune site organization successDisaster and recovery management in alignment with BCP and crisis management teams. Liaising between different authorities and the Corporate Legal team to ensure compliance of various corporate secretarial requirements.Complete and present written summary of site performance that will be reviewed by Site Experience team members.Present to and establish relationships with senior level executives and other industry executives to both promote the team’s value and establish a position of trust, encouraging continued collaboration with membersWhere appropriate, build connections in the local community, such as with customers, peers, partners, government, and local community partnersHelp site population navigate changing site conditions (e.g. office moves or redesigns, addition of new functional groups, M&A integration, community issue response, etc.) by advising on strategy and action plans and serving as a champion for change.
