This includes all tasks associated with the successful operation of Ticketmaster’s software and hardware used at client venues and offices. The team mission “Support the Client, Support the Account Teams, Support the Fan” and strives to provide excellent support while realizing improvements in efficiency, ever-changing technology, support needs and professional growth for the staff.THE JOBThe Technology Solutions Manager will focus on leading Ticketmaster’s advanced technology support operations across the spectrum of Ticketmaster’s client base. This individual must be highly motivated with exceptional communication and leadership skills, expected to represent the company with confidence in any situation, both in person and via video and tele-conference calls. This position is responsible for contributing to a team-oriented environment with the teams and staff they lead and interact with having a focus on productivity, efficiency, and advanced product technology knowledge and growth. This position will foster a support driven partnership with Ticketmaster and client stakeholders in the Information Technology, Ticketing, and Business Operations areas of the ever-expanding live entertainment business. Responsibilities include but are not limited to support and evaluation of performance involving Ticketmaster’s products and staff from a technical and operational standpoint.
