You will partner closely with HR practice leaders, global business leaders and project teams in designing, launching, and scaling this highly transformational program that will how we attract, interview and select talent at Equinix.About YouWe are looking for an experienced product or program manager with a keen interest in HR and/or equitable interview and selection processes and solutions successful delivered and grown significant adoption of a similar scale - global, transformational program.  The right candidate is highly knowledgeable of best practices in program or project management, technology implementations/integrations, and exhibits strong presentation skills, cross functional design, & a keen desire to improve OKRs and strive for continual growth in adoption and program/product success.Business Qualifications: Lead and support cross functional program teams across work streams. Includes creating integrated program sub teams, project plan, timeline, governance, milestones, and tasks.Grow the program adoption through communications, training, marketing, and best practice techniquesMonitor and report progress against program OKRsLead multiple cross-functional meetings, identifying inter-program dependencies among functional deliverables and plans (e.g., Talent Acquisition and Talent Management intersection on core competencies aligned with Equinix values)Develop and execute on internal communications, change management and training and program marketing and growth Lead the implementation and iterations of digital training curriculums and user journeysManage delivery plan to support live training sessionsMeasure and monitor metrics and OKRs to ensure ongoing program success.Other Qualifications:Experienced with high impact, transformational program or product launch and adoption of a new and progressive, cross organizational programExperience managing highly visible, large-scale, strategic initiativesA program champion and influencer that effects positive change across geographies and cultures.  Knowledge of design thinking, strategy definition, agility concepts and how to operate in a fast paced and quickly changing environmentExcellent interpersonal skills to interact with executive leaders, mid-level managers, interviewing and cross-functional teams and third parties.Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organization, and strong track record influencing at all levelsFlexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations and with minimal supervisionResilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevereBS or MBA in Business, Technology, General Management, or equivalent work experience.Excellent presentation skills with ability to present to high volumes of people at all levels of the company.
