You bring your authentic self to work every single day and enjoy working hand in hand with diverse teams.Being inclusive and leading with respect and understanding is part of your whole being.Responsibilities:Implement the most effective APAC events experience strategy and tactics while always keeping the customer and experience delivery top of mind.Execute/Deliver and follow-up on small and large scale strategic experiences - from a small intimate physical dinner, to a large scale virtual and/or hybrid third party eventOngoing review of current programs and initiatives, adjusting and pivoting accordingly based on business needs as well as social, environmental changes.Implement local and regional needs into global strategic event experience tactics. You ensure regional internal voices are heard to deliver the best experience for customers, executives and prospects. Likewise, having the ability to integrate global and APAC tactics into local and regional event experiences is critical.Possess a broad interest in creativity, innovation, and event marketing. Delivery of seamless and inspiring virtual and hybrid events. Bring technology and innovative know-how into these experiences that clearly demonstrate a ‘wow’ factor and ultimately shift the needle on bottom line business.Strategy and execution of events with high business, brand and thought leadership impact.Campaign and pre-event guest experience management - working hand-in-hand with sales and marketing targeting the right customers and prospects. Managing internal event campaign management from start to finish - marketing communication tactics, understanding existing customer relationships and working with all sales teams post-event to ensure the right follow-up tactics are in place including lead management.Manage complex and large budgets, engage with procurement, experience with agencies and agency management, work with procurement teams on agency performance, delivery and review accordingly.Who you are and preferred experience ....5+ years experience in event marketing and/or experiential marketing - managing multiple complex and multifaceted projects successfully end to endProven project leadership and broader customer marketing skillsetExperience working with large international, diverse and often complex functional teamsMarketing and/or event agency management experienceManagement and experience of large and detailed budgets is preferredAffinity for technology and innovation is highly desirable - notably in virtual and hybrid event experience formatsOrganisational talent, detail-oriented, planning with a ‘get it done’ attitudeDemand Generation and campaign / audience acquisition management experience preferredInternal and External Executive Engagement Experience in delivering impactful customer journeys is preferredPassionate about events and strategic experiences.
