Role : Sr System Support location : Dallas TX ( onsite, no remote)Blue Yonder is a leading SaaS and AI-driven Global Supply Chain Solutions software product company, and a Glassdoor “Best Places to Work” employer.Scope:End user supportNew hire deploymentsAsset managementDaily Hardware and Software supportTechnical troubleshooting and reporting of end user issuesOur current technical environment:Software: Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft AutoPilot,  Adobe, ServiceNow, SCCM, Zoom, JAMFHardware: AV / Conference Room support, Dell Laptops, Microsoft Surface, Apple Macbook Pros, TabletsFrameworks: ITIL, ITAMWhat you’ll do:Deliver 50% improved Associate ExperienceProvide enablement training and efficiencies to AssociatesCollaborate and create responsible solutions for End User needsMeet SLA and SLO requirements as prescribed by Senior LeadershipMeeting Administrative objectives including, mandatory trainings, documenting tickets, and completing timecard requirements.What we are looking for:1-3 years’ experience or Recent college graduate to work in a fast-paced technical environmentDegree from technical institute or formal college degree in related fieldExperience managing and working with PC InventoryUnderstanding of Windows Server 2016 and aboveUnderstanding of various desktop operating systems such as Windows 7/8/10, Mac OS, LinuxUnderstanding of networking concepts and terminologyWorking knowledge of AD/ LDAP/ OU’s and GPO’sExperience with deploying and maintaining Bitlocker / MBAMExperience in the use and support of productivity software such as Microsoft OfficeMust have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with a wide variety of internal users and Executives.Must have excellent organization and technical documentation skills.Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines.Ability to complete projects and tasks according to priorities.Ability to work with vendors to resolve technical issuesAbility to work with Software developers and troubleshoot complex environmentsLearning new technologies and implementing support plansThere will be some travel associated with this role.*LI-SR1-------------------------------------------The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.At Blue Yonder, we care about the wellbeing of our employees and those most important to them.
