Search JobsJob Description**Please note: This is a 12-month, temporary contract and you will be payrolled through our 3rd party agency.**The Elevator Pitch: Why will you enjoy this new opportunity?This role sits within the EMEA Digital Center of Excellence organization and as a critical team member, we’re looking for a candidate who has a passion for platform analytics and getting operationally hands-on to support the team in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will impact our paid campaign execution strategy across various demand generation programs designed to accelerate the buyer's journey and support the customer lifecycle. You will be responsible for supporting the team with their campaign delivery and optimization goals, compiling, and analyzing performance reports to help marketing teams understand the effectiveness of overall marketing and individual campaigns. You will focus on delivering data-driven processes, insights, and recommendations for improvement to meet overall marketing goals and business KPIs.Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?Partner with teams across marketing, strategy and operations, and Enterprise Data and Analytics to understand our digital funnel and measurements and uncover opportunities to achieve business objectives across digital channelsSupport best practices ideation for campaign setup, optimization, and troubleshooting across various paid channels such as search, paid social, content syndication, and paid displayTranslate data into actions and recommendations for the team – appropriately interpret, build findings, and fully exploit insights to maximize the business impact of digital marketing and identify causal relationships between marketing actions and outcomesSupport the team to drive, and manage A/B, multivariate, and holdout testing programs end-to-end, from initial test design through to insight generation across multiple channels and business segmentsProduce integrated quarterly forecasting reports and manage weekly and monthly budget pacing models to ensure campaigns are on-pace and delivering against business KPIsThe Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?Understanding of B2B and SaaS marketing.Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across a variety of channels such as search, social, content syndication, and display. Operating on platforms such as Google, Demandbase, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and IntegrateAn in-depth reporting and data background to unlock insights into marketing performance across programs, strategies, and datasetsPrior experience with ABM campaigns and reporting methodologies for account engagement and account acceleration would be advantageousExperience using BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, and Adobe AnalyticsExpert proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, functions, formulas), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Bonus points for SQL, Python or RAnalytical skills (qualitative and quantitative) to be able to understand & communicate any additional reporting requirements to cross-functional teams & to communicate data insights effectivelyDemonstrated success using attribution models to understand user behaviour, lower acquisition costs, improve goal conversion, and optimize marketing performance across a variety of outbound and inbound programsSelf-motivated, results-driven, excellent organizational skills and extremely detail-oriented. Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with Adobe suite of products such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Campaign and Adobe Launch, prior experience with a DMP a plusWhat is the leadership like for this role?
