You will work directly with customers to up-sell and cross-sell Adobe’s portfolio of Digital Media offerings, develop strong customer partnerships, deliver product presentations and point-of-view documents, and ensure customers realize tremendous product value from their investment.What You'll Do Ensure customers engage across Adobe’s complete Cloud portfolio and workflows by up-selling and cross-selling Adobe’s Document Cloud products: Acrobat and SignUpsell customers to higher level value, such as Teams-to-Enterprise offeringsBuild a high-quality, comprehensive pipeline by uncovering new customer use case opportunitiesMaintain deep product knowledge and customer best practices across our Document Cloud and Sign platformsCreate and deliver product value presentations and point-of-view documents to customer collaborators and executivesAlign with internal stakeholders such as Account Managers, Account Executives, Solutions Consultants, Implementation Managers, and Product Marketing to guide the customer through successful purchase and launchStay accountable for customer growth within Adobe’s Document CloudEnsure that customers are realizing value from their investment by engaging with them in value-driven conversations as well as demonstrating scale outreach initiativesBuild and develop customer relationships to support customer growth and expansionRepresent the voice of the customer internally to improve customer and product experienceEffectively network within assigned customers to successfully support the customer's deployment strategies and uncover new use casesUse data insights to drive scale and customer touchpointsPresent in 1:1 and 1:many events that drive the expansion of customer footprint and cross-sell other Adobe solutionsDrive Document Cloud pipeline generation through active customer touches and lifecycle supportWhat you need to succeed 4 + years of relevant work experience in sales and/or customer success with a preference for experience in the technology industryStrong history of successfully navigating customer challenges to resolutionStrong history of sales quota or customer success metric attainment and achievement.Previous experience working as a trusted advisor to drive business value and sales expansion opportunitiesProven experience as a self-motivated, collaborative, and responsible professional who is passionate about exceeding client expectationsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceResourceful: able to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively in ambiguous environmentsCommunicative: exceptional presentation and interpersonal skillsInfluential: strong relationship management skills; proven ability to effectively navigate organizations and champion joint partnershipsEngaging: highly effective at leading and facilitating executive meetings and engaging with the C-SuiteAvailable to travel approximately 50%Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $126,800 -- $234,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
