The mission of the team is to enable extraordinary user experiences and make transacting with Adobe seamless.As a Product Manager in B2B Commerce, you will play a critical role in defining the Try, Buy and Renew experiences for our SMB and enterprise customers. You are expected to use a data driven and customer-centric approach to balance long term strategies versus short term tactical optimization opportunities. We are looking for an individual experienced in B2B Commerce for cloud-based software with an excellent track record of influencing and driving execution of complicated technical product requirements through matrixed organizations. What you'll Do Create business cases outlining projected impact for each initiative to be prioritized on the roadmapWrite detailed product requirements and end to end use cases to be used by engineering & design teamsCollaborate with Engineering, UX designers & partners to create industry leading, streamlined customer experiences and capabilities across the end-to-end B2B commerce journeysAlign key partners on vision, roadmap, and prioritization of platform capabilitiesEvangelize and test new business ideas with partners, drive implementation to completion with key success metrics and business impactsGenerate effective platform strategies to decrease time-to-market and increase value to Adobe and our customers based on insights and dataMake tough trade off decisions to get the biggest bang for the buck What you need to succeed 3 - 5 years of experience with B2B cloud-based software across both the SMB and Large Enterprise customer segments which encompasses pricing, quoting, order management, payment methods, invoicing, metering, and billing capabilitiesDeep understanding of all the user personas & customer journeys involved in B2B Commerce and their unique needsStrong customer compassion, product ownership, and bias for actionExcellent verbal and written communication skills to drive impact and influence stakeholdersBS or MS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent program from an accredited University/College is required; MBA is a plusBased at the Adobe headquarters in San Jose, CA.At Adobe, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized throughout the world on Best Companies lists. The U.S. pay range for this position is $97,600 -- $187,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
