We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours! The Opportunity  As a Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager, you will be joining a team responsible for owning the development and execution of marketing strategies and integrated marketing plans. You will drive audience and business growth for Adobe Creative Cloud categories, leading with core creative apps like Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Illustrator. Goal is to balance long-term strategy with short-term results and stay focused on execution in a fast-paced, growing business. Are you a skilled storyteller who brings an audience-focused, modern approach to building marketing strategies, campaigns, content and programs that create results at scale across EMEA? You’ll be given the opportunity to bring new thinking and fresh perspectives on how, where and when we can reach our audiences all the way through their customer journey. What you'll Do  Formulate and develop pan-EMEA campaign marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, conversion and retention for Adobe's creative solutions. Drive marketing innovation and creativity. This role requires you to champion your audience and actively apply audience insights and marketing analytics to deliver plans that achieve business targets and audience goals. Create communication strategies that expand reach, drive relevance and fuel interest through partnerships, social channels, influencers, blogs, and new media channels. Collaborate and develop strong working relationships with cross functional teams across the global marketing organization and the digital media organization to optimize consumer journeys; breakthrough content and messaging. Project management of campaign launches, including communication of details and timelines to centers of excellence, business leads and agency partners. Track campaign performance for ongoing testing, review, and optimization to respective marketing critical metrics. Work as part of an innovative team that is supporting Product Marketing plans. Have a Pan-EMEA approach in terms of languages, markets, cultural differences and think on cost-effective ways to scale campaigns.  What you need to succeed  Bring 6+ years of marketing experience with consumer and technology brands and products Proficiency in English written and verbal, other European languages are a plus. Precision in presentation, formal writing, verbal, and email.  Proven track record of success and achievement associated with results oriented, campaigns and plans with a focus on digital, social media, influencer marketing.  Customer first approach. Understand their needs and motivations to build outstanding experiences and successful customer journeys. Be a story-teller. Craft compelling messages that captivate audiences and offer them valuable solutions. Ability to work with and influence team members and leaders across the organization. Balance creative inspiration and insight based analytics. Navigate a matrixed organization and represent your work, your team with integrity and self-sufficiency.
