Our growth targets are bold, and we need committed, successful software sales professionals who have the skills, experience and track record to work with major accounts and drive enterprise wide growth with our strategic accounts. The Industry Specialist Manager will develop a team of experienced Specialist Sales Executives focusing on end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, pipeline generation and sales ecosystem development.What you'll DoLead a team of Specialist Sales Executives – with responsibility for their growth, personal development and trainingManage ownership of monthly solution level reporting, pipeline, market trends and internal relationships with the BU and product teamsAlign closely with segment teams to develop sales strategies across the DX portfolioGeneration of net new revenue through driving and developing sales strategiesDemonstrate ability to work closely with Partners, Consulting and SC’sShare and build customer references and value metrics per vertical and segmentDrive marketing activities and PR activities in collaboration with MarketingDemonstrate solution selling capabilitiesBuild a multifaceted and collaborative partner ecosystemWhat you need to succeedValidated experience in Enterprise Software salesDesire, and a clear plan, to progress sales management career with AdobePeople Management ExperienceTrack record of achieving/exceeding sales quota and market share goalsShown success in selling to executives, VP and/or "C" level – preferably CMO/Digital LeadersExcellent networking abilityAble to identify, cultivate and close deals in new areasSkilled Solution seller with proven ability to build win-win proposalsOutstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills (verbal and written).Excellent organizational and time management skillsAble to maintain a high level of efficiency and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative and team-oriented environmentAmbitious and focused
