With expansion front of mind, the team is evolving to support our exciting UKI growth aspirations. So we've crafted a brand-new director level role, for a people-centric leader to join our Adobe team. We want this person to be a positive force; to lead with passion and heart; building a culture where collaboration is valued; and anything feels possible!What you'll DoAs the leader of our specialist sales teams, the successful candidate will support their people to build well-qualified, product pipeline, through strategic account sales activity. Achieving this will require positive cross-functional collaboration, delivered through inspiring communication and incentivisation. You will:Build and lead an impactful team of specialist sales managers and product specialists, with a meaningful focus on DE&I. Your inclusive sales culture will facilitate psychological safety, cultivate innovation and nurture personal/professional growth. You will support your team to evolve into true solution sellers, always striving for operational excellence through improved sales process.Generate net new revenue through developing and delivering sales strategies; aligning your sales counterparts for an integrated DX (and DMe) value approach.Drive marketing and PR activities, to include the building of usage cases and value metrics per vertical and segment: The goal to facilitate consistency for balanced and profitable growth.What you need to succeedPeople are what makes Adobe so special.
