You’ll join a team that strives to improve upon our strong DE&I foundation and role models our amazing Adobe culture.What you'll Do Work closely with the Global Head of DE&I, multiple senior leaders across Adobe and within HR, and employees to advance Adobe’s DE&I Strategy that involves creating impactful programs to advance our Workforce, Workplace and Ecosystem DE&I efforts.Lead and set the strategy for the DE&I Programs team and our global programs including Adobe for All, Taking Action Initiative, Employee Resource Groups, takeaways, and strategic partnerships with organizations focused on pipeline initiatives.Collaborate closely with DE&I Business Partner and DE&I Business Operations leads to establish a cohesive and impactful approach to our strategy, internal and external partnerships, and shared goals.Work cross-functionally with HR business partners, HR COEs, Employee Communications, the Corporate Social Responsibility Team, Legal, and/or Government Relations/Policy to create and complete programs responsive to social issues and employee sentiment consistent with our Adobe Core Values.Take a forward-thinking approach to DE&I by staying informed of the latest DE&I industry evolution and using a data driven approach to identifying the best ways to integrate our DE&I strategy for maximum impact.What you need to succeed Minimum 12 years in a global HR organization with a focused role in DE&I, or similar field of practice and bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.Experience in Program Management and/or Program Management Methodologies; success in crafting, planning, and leading large scale global programs full cycle.Success in leading change management and ongoing measurement and assessment of success metrics for return on investment.Established thought-leadership in DE&I with experience developing and implementing best-in-class DE&I strategies and programs.Experience leading/developing teams and counseling, influencing, and coaching senior leaders and executives on sophisticated initiatives with multiple partners.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong trust-based relationships quickly with senior leaders, peers, client groups and direct reports.Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, global organization.Demonstrable track record of sound decision making, displaying a heightened level of accountability, confidentiality, and professionalism.At Adobe, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized throughout the world on Best Companies lists. The U.S. pay range for this position is $138,400 -- $277,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
