Of course, we will help you pick-up and conquer challenges.• Should you show great results at level 1, your contract might be extended for another six months, leading you to Level 2 (Month 7-12): This will be your time to shine and showcase all you have learned so far. Expect to jump-over a raised bar.Responsibilities: This position supports the EMEA segment managers in their roles. He or she takes over smaller responsibilities and handles other day-to-day items , could include attending meetings on behalf of the management and support/lead strategic planning processes across an organization.  You will oversee various aspects of managing the end to end contractual delivery process of management , including presentations, interactions with colleagues, and scheduling.You will interact closely with employees, and identify and document any issues that may arise. You will create and manage the plan of records and will document any progress and will contribute and lead the Process of management POM documentation of the organization. This position will allow the candidate to interact with a broad network at different levels in the PC contractual organization, he or she will interact with different countries and regionsEducation (degree) and professional experience required:Current University Student enrolled in Bachelor or Master studies - 2nd year and aboveExperience in virtual team environmentOther requirements:Fluent English both written and verbalOther EMEA languages knowledge would be an asset (extra language: french, dutch, German, Spanish, Italian or Scandinavian language is a big PLUS)Personal skills and qualities :Excellent team playerStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsUnderstand and drive Profit & Loss on an engagement levelAbility to apply business acumen and results driven attitudeReliable, fast learner and well organized person with a flexible and responsive attitudeComfortable to work in a remote, virtual environmentGreat presentation skillsTechnical skills (procedures and documents the employee has to be acquainted with):MS Office applicationsAt HP, the future is yours to create!
