Account Delivery Manager with French and EnglishDescription -As an Account Delivery Manager you will provide a dedicated support contact for Priority Management accounts and will guide the local Account Delivery Managers with day-to-day operational activities, open case report, escalations, and monthly reporting activities. You will manage service delivery reporting for specific HP Priority Management accounts as well as support on open cases, not being resolved in a timely manner.Responsibilities:Generate and maintain customer facing reports in accordance with the Priority Management serviceProvide data quality controlAnalyze trends in reports for quality or service delivery issuesEnsure proper follow-up in case of escalations and work to ensure satisfactory resolutionManage open case report, monthly reporting, and escalationsEnsure a close working relationship with local Account Delivery Managers and HP service delivery teams and partners.Proactively manage various cases, ensuring best in class support to the Priority Management AccountsDevelop a close working relationship with (country/region) delivery teams, taking part in internal or external reviews when necessaryOwn complaints/escalations and work to a satisfactory resolutionAnalyze activities, contributing to KPI improvementEducation and professional experience:Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience and a minimum of 1-2 years of related experienceExperience in a similar role - advantageSkills and competencies:Fluent in written and verbal French and EnglishShare point creation and managementPC Knowledge: Databases, PowerPoint, Outlook; Strong Excel skills – Macro creation is plusKnowledge of ITIL; Foundations is a plusStrong analytical skillsVery good communication skills and good presentation skillsProactive in highlighting areas of focusDetail-oriented with adherence to strict timelinesAbility to operate effectively within a virtual cross-cultural teamThank you for taking the time to review our job; if you think it matches your experience and interests, please apply today; we are eager to learn more about you!Do you want to know more about us?
