As part of our strategy to enable growth and engineer amazing user experiences, we are creating a Global Services Delivery Tower (GSDT). The GSDT will be focused on managing the Internal IT services delivery (HPonHP), including PC lifecycle management, PC Device management, Onsite and Remote support (Tech and Cloud Café), SCCM and Image management, on one side and expanding this responsivity and capabilities to support external customers and adding additional capabilities, including proactive support, HP TechPulse, Nexthink, MS End-Point-Management,etc.To support HP Managed Services, we are looking for a PIXM Data Analyst who can provide remote Analytics activities to HP strategic accounts in order to provide ongoing value to HP customers on different areas of operations for the Proactive Device Management team.The focus of the role is to work with set of Service Delivery Managers to provide analysis for customer’s dataset and provide recommendations. The role is expected to work collaboratively with SDMs, Professional Services & Customer Success teams.Job specifics/responsibilities:Being able to analyze, baseline and benchmark customer’s data-set to drive actionable insights for ongoing operationsLead data projects end-to-end, including business requirements gathering, data requirements definition, technical specifications and follow-upRun complex analyses to deliver business insights to the different teams – automate reporting for scalability reasons whenever it is relevantBeing able to find and highlight false positives or one off eventsEnsuring that results and milestones are documented consistently and regularly shared with internal and external stakeholdersBeing able to speak with experienced IT stakeholders and explain data analysis, insights and assumptionsKey deliverables/accountabilities:Analyze customer needs, goals, strategic plans and constraintsAbility to perform data analysis and drive to actionable insights and automationBeing able to prioritize and work on different projects at the same timeBeing able to suggest remediations and automation opportunitiesWork against a set of Service Levels (SLs)Stay current on product development/releases to a level required for the above activities;This position requires 10% travel to headquarter for training purposeEducation (degree) and professional experience required:BA/BS preferred in computer science, computer engineering Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical consulting, analytics & automationExperience in virtual team environmentOther requirements:Fluent EnglishDeep experience in either workplace management, network management, productivity and collaboration managementExperience over transformation projects (e.g. Win10, O365)Extensive technical knowledge on end user computingGood knowledge of IT operations in challenging environmentsPersonal skills and qualities:Ability to quickly learn new technologies in an unsupervised environmentExcellent communication, customer facing and teamwork skillsExceptional analytical skillsOutstanding communication and social awarenessEnthusiasm for working in an international, collaborative and fast-paced environment and learning new technologiesPositive can-do attitudeOut of the box thinking – able to find solutionsAble to apply tools and technology to produce results Able to understand global business processes and identify impact of changeTechnical skills (procedures and documents the employee has to be acquainted with):Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Linux clients and its applicationsOutstanding Excel skills.
