Performance Marketing AnalystDescription -The Team Ecommerce is rapidly growing and redefining the way we research, shop, buy and sell at HP. In the digital ecommerce space, it is critical that HP and our retail and commercial partners are driving innovation and best practices for HP products by optimizing digital marketing and the online shopping experience across the ‘digital shelf’. Role Objective The Partner Performance Marketing & Analytics team is responsible for growing and accelerating HP’s ecommerce presence with HP’s largest retail and commercial partners. In this role, you will help develop strategies to drive qualified traffic and activate conversion on partner platforms. This role will report to our strategic leader for our Performance Marketing efforts with our resell partners. They will develop paid media best practices within and across our partners and will work with our analytics team to optimize performance.Responsibilities Develop regular analysis of the global ecommerce retail PS/Supplies/Hardware digital market and HPs relative performance Focus exclusively on HPs global top partners’ digital consumer businesses Work with large datasets, formal and informal, that cover HPs digital investments and collaborate with internal teams to design, produce, and support digital dashboards Identify areas of largest opportunity within partners digital search capabilities Identify and develop metrics / benchmarks to provide insight behind the information in the performance dashboard Champion the utilization of common digital analyses processes and languages Partner with Omnichannel analyst team to develop right data cadence and processes Analyse historical and operational metrics and iterate processes to drive top and bottom line financial results Education and Experience Required BA or BS in Marketing, Consulting, Analytics or related field; MBA preferred 7+ years’ experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media, marketing consulting or financial modelling Experience using search engine marketing, retail media platforms, social media marketing, display advertising, website analytics platforms and brand analysis techniques QualificationsProven success driving data driven recommendations and actionIn-depth knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools Solid technical skills using SQL, advanced Excel, PBI, Data Studio, or TableauAdvanced knowledge on retail sales channels, preferably an understanding of consumer electronics, product cycles and go-to-market operations Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to present results of complex analysis compellingly to both technical and non-technical audiences at executive levelAbility to operate independently and to iterate quickly on data results, with clear plan to move forward Strong interpersonal and project management skills; ability to collaborate with virtual teams Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of management and functional disciplines Strong ability to influence and drive organizational change Impact/Scope Plan and execute digital omnichannel data analysis approach Provide consistent analysis on digital search investments to maximize ROI from partner landscape Align marketing programs to investment Complexity Moderate to high – Some senior management, partner and/or customer interface; frequent cross-functional/ cross-organizational interaction on execution of tactics Job -MarketingSchedule -Full timeShift -First Shift (Mexico)Travel -25%Relocation -NoEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
