Gaming Business Development ManagerDescription -We are looking for a Business Development Manager for HP Gaming PC business. If you are a high-energy and experienced professional with a proven history of managing gaming hardware products or business, we want to hear from you.This position requires close working relationships with relevant stakeholders to drive revenue for the company through growth in the gaming pc market. The role requires a strong knowledge of the gaming consumer needs and good experience working inside the gaming ecosystem. We hope you can help HP obtain better brand recognition and financial growthResponsibilitiesConduct research to identify gaming PC markets and customer needs.Leverage your experience, industry best practices and supporting technologies to develop new and build existing customersDevelop key accounts into strategic partners, and drive sustaining revenue, market share growth and product footprint in the retailer channel (online/offline) and direct partners.Work closely with relevant teams (category, marketing, sales, PR) to build and execute go-to-market plans to accelerate growth and best customer experienceMaintain a good knowledge of our products and our competitors. Be aware of any competitor promotional activities. Ensure HP gaming PC products are presented in the best way online and in storePerform business management tasks including forecasting, sell out analysis, identifying promo opportunities, regular reportingManage necessary budgets, allowances, marketing funds, rebates, prices and inventories to ensure the good P&L and health of the business.Keep up to date with industry trends, technical changes, pricing, and channel evolution to become an expert in your field.Attend regular customer meetings, events and trade shows. Participate in relevant weekly/monthly and QBR meetings.Work with marketing team and local influencers where they are important to increase brand awareness, visibility, marketing opportunities and sales.To perform other ad hoc duties as assignedKnowledge and SkillsProven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant roleknowledge of competitor’s product offerings, knowledge of industry norms and opportunities, understanding of product life cycle, in depth knowledge of marketing elements (product, pricing, promotion, and positioning)Experience in product management, product marketing, operations, or program management with gaming productsStrong verbal, written, and presentation skillsStrategic and analytical thinker who can also operate in detailGaming enthusiast with a passion for videogamesJob -SalesSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (China)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
